Do salespeople make shopping uncomfortable for you?

| Photo by My Own Private Idaho Shopping is not only about spending time and money for wants and needs. Shopping is also a hobby. Some people go shopping not to buy anything but to look, discover new things and get socialized. Few people have problems with the sales people during the shopping. The problem is, that customers feel disturbed when sales people come frequently and ask about their needs. Well, you can say that that is why they are being paid but nobody wants to lose customers. Especially there are so many people who never come back to stores just because of the sales people problem. Also, I agree that every country has this problem. The point is they try their best to help customers and want to be friendly, but there are people who don't need friendly manners during the shopping. So these kinds of behaviors can be disturbing for them. In addition, I believe that people know how to ask for help or show what they need. The sales people should be interested in the customers but they should let them free in some times to make them feel comfortable and free. "When shopping, I feel like being watched by the sales people and this bothers me a lot. I just want to end my shopping and leave that store." " I don't know where to go for shopping comfortable. I want to feel free while shopping not in pressure." |
