Shopping is not only about spending time and money for wants and needs. Shopping is also a hobby. Some people go shopping not to buy anything but to look, discover new things and get socialized.  Few people have problems with the sales people during the shopping. The problem is, that customers feel disturbed when sales people come frequently and ask about their needs. Well, you can say that that is why they are being paid but nobody wants to lose customers. Especially there are so many people who never come back to stores just because of the sales people problem. 

Also, I agree that every country has this problem. The point is they try their best to help customers and want to be friendly, but there are people who don't need friendly manners during the shopping. So these kinds of behaviors can be    disturbing for them. In addition, I believe that people know how to ask for help or show what they need. The sales people should be interested in the customers but they should let them free in some times to make them feel comfortable and free.

WAITING FOR IPHONE 5 ?

Are you one of the people who are waiting for Apple's new masterpiece "Iphone 5"? After the announce of it's release, in couple of hours people were in lines waiting for it. This smartphone is said to be unique than other smartphones which most of the people say it as "the masterpiece". 

Before it's release, there were comparisons between IPhone 5 and other smartphones such as Blackberry and Samsung's new Galaxy III. Many people waited a lot for IPhone 5 and now in few days it is sold out. 

With only it's release problems never end. Now, people complain about the problem in online purchases of it. Who bought it from internet, are having problems of getting it in 2 months instead of few weeks. It should be frustrating for people who waited it for months and now even it is released they have to wait for another few months.

In an international  business, is it a courtesy to know the company's business etiquettes? 

I guess so. It will be just an personal advantage to know business etiquettes and treat according to it. In most of the international businesses there are companies, which first search about that country's etiquettes before going to a meeting. On the other hand there are companies, which do not search about it. Searching is not necesseraly required because both of the companies will know that their business is international and they don't have to know exactly what to do. Knowing it or not knowing, will not change sides approval to this business. 

The only advantage of searching and adjusting to the country's etiquettes is, you get more personal priority from the company. Besides your business relationship and presentation, with your personal etiquette knowledge you become more impressive and effective. Even though people say that in business life there shouldn't be any personal thoughts, it is obvious that people give importance to their feelings.

I,  personally know that nobody will be rude to the company's members when they go to a meeting or signing the documents, but I should say that before going to a meeting it will be a good manner to learn few things about that country's business etiquettes. With it you will not only sign a document, but you will also win their respect.

Are next generations being effected in a bad way?

For the next generations how will it be to not know what a newspaper is? The reason why I am saying this is because 

of the developing technology. Technology improves in an unstoppable pace which has both pros and cones to the human being. 

It is obvious that with technology things are much more easier than it was without technology. People save their time and do their works faster, but at the same time because of the websites and smartphones, new generations forget about newspapers and letter writings. They don't even call their friends or parents anymore. Why? Because they find texting easier.

While trying to catch technology, we actually totally forget about the relationship which we kill. Nowadays, it is a big problem between younger and older generations. For example, when we text with our friends it is not a problem, but when we send message to our parent instead of calling it becomes a serious problem.

When it is asked to people some say that they would prefer their kids to live in 1960's just because of the simple life. Actually people like communicating and spending time for sharing things they have been through. The only thing it is changed now is because of the technology. It's improvements can not be prevented so instead of ignoring it people adjust to it.

Multinational companies, which are also known as corporations are the strong and large companies, which try to continue their business in other countries. These companies are strong and large in both economically and strategically. 

Globalization helps these strong companies to get stronger but at the same time it harms the developing nations. Strong countries aim is to set their business in a developing or not developed country with poor economics and politics so, they can use the consumers for less paid labors. 

The reason why the large companies set their factories in less developed countries is because they have poor consumerists and the country’s economics and politics is not developed. With this it will be much more easier for the large company to impact the less developed country’s sources. Especially oil, water and gas is important in each country now so, it is one of the harmful sides of a large companies being dominant in another country. What happens is, when these large companies impact those sources they sell it back to the local people in higher price.

 The harmful sides of the multinational companies are not only to people but also to the environment. These factories don’t care much about the damages they make. The increased pollution from the factories also the dirtiness of the seas because of the rubbish they throw out actually has serious harmful effects on environment so as to people.

In this situation, the large companies look more dominant and the less developed countries more recessive so this is the reason why strong corporations set their factories and exploit easily.
